Ways to work with me:
SAFE AND SOUND PROTOCOL
This is a guided nervous system reset using the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) by Dr. Stephen Porges, designed to help your system move out of survival states and into safety, connection, and regulation. SSP is a listening-based intervention using specially filtered music designed to support your nervous system.
It uses specially filtered music to gently support the vagus nerve and help the body shift out of chronic fight-flight-freeze patterns into greater regulation and safety. This work goes beyond insight — it supports your body in actually embodying change.
The process is self-paced and guided through a 5 hour listening track. Most clients listen in 10-30 minute segments 1-5x per week, and complete the full protocol over 4-10 weeks, dependent on personal pace.
See the Safe and Sound page for additional information.

ANIMAL ASSISTED THERAPY
An intervention that incorporates an emotional support dog into the treatment plan. It is used to enhance and complement the benefits of traditional therapeutic or coaching support. It can help improve emotional wellbeing, socialization and communication skills, and some studies have found that contact with an animal can produce hormonal changes (decrease in cortisol and increase in oxytocin). *Optional for local in-person concierge services only.
AREAS OF FOCUS
NARCISSISTIC ABUSE RECOVERY
Having someone in your life that exhibits narcissistic traits can create confusion, self-doubt, people-pleasing, hypervigilance, and a gradual loss of connection with yourself. Whether the relationship is with a partner, parent, family member, friend, or employer, these dynamics often impact self-esteem, boundaries, trust, and emotional well-being.
Through trauma-informed healing, I help clients understand the patterns that keep them stuck, rebuild self-trust, strengthen boundaries, process relational trauma, and reconnect with their own needs, values, and identity. Together, we explore what level of connection is healthiest and most sustainable for your unique situation, whether that involves improving boundaries, limited contact, strategic engagement, co-parenting/paralell parenting, or no-contact.
Healing is not only about understanding the relationship dynamics- it is about reclaiming your voice, your choices, and your sense of self, while creating a life that feels more authentic, empowered, and peaceful.
WOMEN’S ISSUES
Women move through many seasons of transformation throughout their lives. I support clients navigating emerging adulthood, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, perimenopause, menopause, and the complex emotional, relational, and identity shifts that often accompany these stages.
I am particularly passionate about helping high-achieving women create lives that feel as fulfilling internally as they appear externally. Through therapy, we explore the beliefs, expectations, relationships, and systems that may be contributing to stress, burnout, or self-abandonment. While allowing space to increase greater balance, authenticity, joy, and well-being.
NEURODIVERGENT (ADHD/AUTISM)
Many neurodivergent individuals spend years believing they are lazy, broken, or somehow failing at life. In reality, many are navigating a world that was not designed for the way their brains and nervous systems operate. I support adults in developing greater self understanding, reducing shame, working with their nervous system, and creating lives that honor their authentic needs.
I also support parents of neurodivergent children as they navigate parenting strategies, school concerns, accommodations, and behavioral/emotional concerns. I aim to help parents better understand an support their children, fostering stronger connection, advocacy skills, and practical strategies.
Areas of focus may include: executive functioning, burnout, emotional regulation, masking and people pleasing, rejection sensitivity, sensory overwhelm, boundaries, identity exploration, nervous system regulation and recovery. I emphasize self compassion, practical strategies, and building a sustainable life working with your unique strengths.
RELIGIOUS TRAUMA/ DECONSTRUCTION
Leaving or questioning a religious system can feel like losing an entire world view, identity, and community all at once. I help clients navigate religious trauma, faith deconstruction, and spiritual transitions with compassion and curiosity. Creating space for them to process the emotional impact of harmful experiences and explore what remains true for them-beyond fear, shame, or external expectations.
My goal is to help clients develop a life framework that supports their well-being, reconnect with their own intuition and inner wisdom, established values and beliefs that feel genuine to them, and cultivate meaningful community where they can experience belonging without sacrificing authenticity.
I work across the full spectrum of faith experiences—from pastors, ministry leaders, and those actively serving within religious communities to those questioning, deconstructing, reconstructing, or leaving organized religion altogether.
SUPPORT FOR THE SUPPORTERS
For those accustomed to being the one others rely on. Those who spend their days supporting others while simultaneously navigating their own growth, stress, and healing. Whether you’re a therapist, healthcare professional, educator, caregiver, manager, leader, or another helping professional, therapy provides a space focused on you.
Together, we’ll explore burnout, compassion fatigue, boundaries, identity, and sustainable ways to care for yourself while continuing to care for others.
EFT TAPPING
Emotional Freedom Technique i.e. EFT tapping is a form of energy psychology that focuses on the meridian points to restore balance to your body's energy. This form of non-invasive therapy assists in reducing physical/emotional pain, stress, anxiety, depression, and ptsd symptoms. It's believed that restoring this energy balance can relieve emotional symptoms related to a negative experience.
Receive a custom-created EFT tapping sequence and/or personalized affirmations designed around your current emotional themes, nervous system patterns, mindset blocks, or season of life.
These offerings blend grounded emotional support, nervous system awareness, and reflective guidance to help reinforce self-trust, regulation, embodiment, and intentional inner shifts.
PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION
Support before and/or after experiences with ketamine, ayahuasca, or psilocybin. Integration focuses on: preparation, making meaning of what was experienced, translating insight into real-life change, and staying grounded and regulated through the process of integration.
This space is to support: deeper exploration, blending intuitive insight with grounded integration, and maintaining stability and discernment. Designed for those navigating experiences that extend beyond structured clinical work.
*Please note that I do not prescribe, administer, or provide psychedelic substances.
NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a research-informed, nervous system–based listening program developed from Dr. Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory. It is 5 hours of listening to specially filtered music to gently support the vagus nerve and help the body shift out of chronic fight-flight-freeze patterns into greater regulation and safety.
Many clients experience improvements in areas of: trauma recovery, anxiety, chronic stress, emotional reactivity and shutdown, social engagement and connection, sensory sensitivity and overwhelm, ADHD- or Autism-related dysregulation, recovery support from relational abuse, stress, or burnout.
SSP does not require you to “talk through” your experiences. Instead, it works from the bottom up — supporting the physiological foundation that makes therapy, growth, and integration more accessible.
*This is a separate program to support your personal goals. Can be done in addition to therapy, or as a stand-alone service.
