What is a psychic mediumship session?
A psychic mediumship session is intended to provide insight, guidance, and potential spirit communication. Experiences vary, and sessions should be viewed as a tool for reflection, personal growth, and exploration rather than a guarantee of specific outcomes.
Can you guarantee communication with a specific loved one?
No. While loved ones may come through during a session, I cannot guarantee that a specific person will communicate or that messages will arrive in a particular way.
What’s the difference between psychic and mediumship?
Psychic information focuses on your energy, life circumstances, patterns, and potential paths forward. Mediumship involves attempting to connect with loved ones in spirit and relaying information that may come through.
Do I need to prepare for a session?
Come with an open mind and a willingness to receive. You are welcome to bring questions, though I typically recommend being open for how Spirit directs the session.
Session length?
Sessions can range from 30 minutes to 50 minutes. or if booking for a private group, duration can be customized.
Can I record the session?
You are welcome to take an Audio recording of your session for personal use so you can revisit information and insights afterward. However, to protect privacy and the integrity of the work: video recording, screen recording, live streaming, or sharing session recordings online are not permitted without prior written permission.
I do not consent to the publication, distribution, reproduction, editing, or use of my image, likeness, voice, or session content in any public forum, social media platform, website, podcast, or other media without my prior written consent.
Are these sessions a substitute for therapy, medical care, or legal advice?
No. Psychic mediumship sessions are not a replacement for mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional services.
What if nothing resonates during the session?
Sometimes information makes sense immediately, while other details may become meaningful later. I encourage clients to remain curious rather than trying to force every detail to fit.
Will you tell me what decisions to make?
No. My goal is not to tell you what to do, but to offer information, perspective, and insight that can support your own discernment and decision-making.
Will you predict my future?
I view the future as influenced by choices, circumstances, and free will. Sessions may explore possibilities, patterns, and potential outcomes, but no future event can be guaranteed.
Can I book a session if I am currently in therapy?
Yes. Many clients find that therapy and spiritual exploration can complement one another. However, psychic mediumship sessions are offered separately from psychotherapy services.
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy focuses on evidence-based mental health treatment, diagnosis (when applicable), and emotional healing. Mediumship sessions are spiritual services intended for insight, reflection, and connection. They are not psychotherapy.
How do your therapeutic skills influence your mediumship sessions?
My background as a licensed therapist helps me create a grounded, compassionate, and emotionally supportive space. While I bring those skills into my work, psychic mediumship sessions are spiritual services and are provided in a different container from psychotherapy.

Therapy and Coaching Sessions are 50 minutes long. During this session your practitioner will introduce themselves and briefly go over any questions you have (on policies, payments, general process, scheduling). When these housekeeping items are out of the way the floor is yours and you can begin sharing what you feel is important for your practitioner to know. The practitioner will ask you questions to better understand your goals and concerns.
Psychic Medium sessions are 30- 50 minutes and begin with a brief introduction and discussion of any questions, concerns, or areas of life you’d like to explore. Depending on the flow of the session, we may explore:
Messages, insights, or guidance related to your current life circumstances.
Relationships, career, life transitions, or personal growth.
Potential connection with loved ones in spirit.
Questions you may have for Spirit, if time allows.
While you are welcome to share the loved ones you hope to connect with, I cannot guarantee that a particular spirit will communicate, or that the messages will come through in a specific way.
At the end of the session, time-permitting, we may review follow-up questions, discuss how the information resonates, and explore ways to integrate any insights into your daily life.
Often, people will want to book additional psychic medium sessions for further follow up questions, or a coaching session for assistance in integration of the information Spirit brings forth.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy meaning that if you are unable to attend your session we ask for a 24 hour notice via email or text in order to avoid paying the cancellation fee. We find that the cancellation policy both honors the work of the practitioner and the time carved out to work with you individually.

Each person is unique, including what is important for them in matters of faith, religion, and spirituality. The individual practitioner will respect what your faith, religious, or spiritual practices (or lack thereof) look like in your life. Discussions of faith, religion, and spirituality are a welcome part of the therapeutic process, but the goal is that the client would be able to figure out what is meaningful for them versus aligning with the beliefs or lifestyle of the individual practitioner.
-
This practice holds the belief that all genders, sexualities, and orientations are valid and welcome.
-
At this time, only clients 18 yo and older. Special consideration given to family work when requested.
(When working with minors, treatment plans are individualized, however parent consults and family work can be key in seeing progress within the minor and within the home. The structure of privacy within the minor’s sessions will be discussed at beginning of therapy and agreed upon by parents and the minor.
If there are concerns in between sessions, secure email communication through Therapy Appointment is accepted. If there is a need to speak to the provider outside of sessions (minor sessions, pre-set parent consults, or family sessions) times will be offered for a parent consult via phone, tele therapy, or in office depending on availability and will be charged based off hourly rate.)
